where you work with students in simulations
and hands-on workshops and activities. You have a

main goal is to ensure that students
have an exceptional LeadAmerica
experience. You have academic and/or work experience
in one or more of the topic areas in
which we offer conferences. You're
enthusiastic about your subject area
and want to share your knowledge and
enthusiasm with students. You embrace
the concept of leading by example.
You're willing to abide by LeadAmerica's
Code of Conduct, dress code and all
policies and procedures. You understand
that, as a role model, you cannot use
tobacco in the presence of students
or alcohol at any time during conferences. You're willing to
participate fully in all LeadAmerica
training prior to beginning your conference,
and to read and become familiar with
all pre-conference materials prior
to training. You're open to
ongoing training, guidance and coaching.
You are willing to learn the "LeadAmerica
Way" (how we do things) and will support
the policies and decisions of the organizations,
even if you may not agree with a particular
policy or decision. You understand
the importance of staff meetings and
always attend and participate. You
are on time, all the time at LeadAmerica! You understand
the importance of keeping our students
safe at all times and can place the
needs, safety and security of students
first when making decisions. You
respect the privacy and personal nature
of student information that may be
shared with you. You're not
afraid of hard work and long hours.

activities, including extensive walking,
outdoor activities, and 24-hour on
call for emergencies. You don't
mind sharing a room with another staff
