At LeadAmerica, we're passionate about leadership. We believe that leadership is essential to a student's future success. It's the key to what they do with their lives and how well they do it. Leadership can make important differences in the lives of teenagers - in their academic and personal performance, in their acceptance to the college of their choice, and in the level of their focus, passion and purpose.

We look for people who are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and share our vision for educating, inspiring and instilling in our youth ethical and principled leadership values, attitudes and skills. Each year, hundreds join LeadAmerica's spring and summer conference staff to help bring the LeadAmerica experience to middle and high school students from around the world, and to work and grow with like-minded people.

LeadAmerica is definitely an exciting and rewarding place to work! But there are also demands and commitments that go along with employment. We want good people to join us, and we tend to be selective.
