Learn to lead effectively in LEADERSHIP
WORKSHOPS.
In middle school, you learn from textbooks.
At Leadership University, you’ll
learn by doing. You’ll practice
your team-building skills in realistic,
hands-on scenarios. Role-playing and
time- sensitive challenges give you
the chance to practice, test, refine,
measure, and improve your leadership
abilities. And you’ll learn to
give an receive constructive and timely
feedback – tools critical for
every successful leader.

Work as a team in our LEADERSHIP
CHALLENGE
The Leadership Challenge ropes course*
gives you the opportunity to hone
team building, leadership, communication,
collaboration, experimentation, problem
solving and coaching skills. You’ll
participate in activities that require
trust, effective communication and
mutual support to achieve success.
Some of the exercises in the course
involve physical activity while others
focus mainly on creative thinking
and problem solving. Regardless of
the exercise, you’ll find that
each activity promotes respect, the
sharing of ideas and opinions and
understanding of individual strengths
- while illustrating the importance
of teamwork and well-formulated plans.
