Unlock your Leadership Potential
Welcome to Leadership University, the premier forum for transforming today’s most motivated students into tomorrow’s most dedicated leaders. Leadership University is an in-depth, intensive immersion experience that uncovers true ability and develops lifelong skills - and is specifically geared toward students who want to reach their full potential. Leadership University Summit is designed to tap into your natural talents and teach you specific and tangible skills that you’ll carry forward throughout your high school, and college years.
Develop Your Leadership Skills in Real-World Scenarios
In middle school, you learn from textbooks. At Leadership University, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll practice your team-building skills in realistic, hands-on scenarios. Role-playing and time- sensitive challenges give you the chance to practice, test, refine, measure, and improve your leadership abilities. And you’ll learn to give and receive constructive and timely feedback - tools critical for every successful leader.
Work as a Team in Our LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE
The Leadership Challenge ropes course* gives you the opportunity to hone team building, leadership, communication, collaboration, experimentation, problem solving and coaching skills. You’ll participate in activities that require trust, effective communication and mutual support to achieve success. Some of the exercises in the course involve physical activity while others focus mainly on creative thinking and problem solving. Regardless of the exercise, you’ll find that each activity promotes respect, the sharing of ideas and opinions and understanding of individual strengths - while illustrating the importance of teamwork and well-formulated plans.
*In the event of rain alternate indoor activities are planned.
