Develop leadership skills used in the armed forces.
In this one-of-a-kind program, you’ll learn how military leaders plan for, practice and execute complex operations in the field. Junior War College is designed to help you develop the leadership skills that are necessary to succeed in the military and on the battlefield. And through it all, you will gain an appreciation for the human side of combat at the lowest tactical level from personal experience.

 

Plan and execute strategic military operations.
Imagine planning a military operation where the outcome of the war and the fate of hundreds of soldiers are in your hands. You’ll learn about the key considerations and the critical factors necessary, like delegating and deploying forces, establishing communications using key terrain to your advantage, managing intelligence, and handling supplies and logistics.


Put tactical skills into action in the PAINTBALL SIMULATION.
You’ll participate in a number of leadership-reaction challenges on courses under current military cadets and active military personnel for honing their teamwork and personnel-leadership skills. Learn combat tactics and strategies firsthand in our Combat Simulation using the latest paintball equipment. Apply all you’ve learned and fell the adrenaline rush in this high-stakes challenge. Junior War College is and exciting, hands-on immersion into the tactical aspects of military planning. Learn the complexities of combat and see what it takes to be a successful military leader.
