Leadership is essential to a student's future success. It is the key to what we do with our lives and how well we do it. In today's world, it is imperative that we nurture leadership potential from a very young age. Leadership can make important differences in the lives of teenagers - in their academic and personal performance, in their acceptance to the college of their choice, and in the level of their focus, passion and purpose.

Learn From Today's Leaders: At LeadAmerica, we give students the opportunity to learn the lessons of leadership from those who lead. Through lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions and personal conversations, students learn what it takes to lead and gain insights into the field they are studying.

Learn Through Experience: Through carefully designed programs, and realistic, career-based simulations, we teach our students how to think, not what to think. We give them access to new ideas and different perspectives and expose them to the many opportunities available to them.

Learn From Each Other: Throughout each LeadAmerica conference, students spend time talking, sharing and making lifelong friendships with other young leaders from across the United States and abroad. Students learn from each other and gain a global understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and perspectives.
